As described in our full terms and conditions, we do not give cash refunds. We are more than happy to reschedule your participation in a workshop at no extra charge if you have cancelled within 48 hours of the event, but no cash refunds will be given due to the administrative burdens of such a policy. We offer individual and group tuition to people on the Sunshine Coast.
Please check this page for a coverage map. Visits to people outside this area will incur a $20 transport surcharge for each visit. This is negotiable for pre-paid multiple visits.
Payment for all workshops and classes must be made in advance. Your spot is only secured upon full payment.
We offer a very easy, secure online payment system through trybooking.com. This service costs you only 3o cents.
All individual and group sessions must be paid for either prior to the class via direct deposit or in cash at the start of the lesson.

Clothing choices are up to you, but with outside workshops it is advisable to bring the following:
- Some snacks
- A hat of some kind
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your participation in a class, workshop or individual tuition session, a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours of the booking, half of the fee for the workshop or class will need to be paid again in cash at the commencement of the next session. If you give less than 24 hours notice of non-attendance, you full fee will be forfeit. If you give 48 hours or more notice of your wish to reschedule, no extra fees will be payable and your participation in the next available workshop will be prioritised as will the next available booking for a class or individual session . If you wish to cancel and you have given 48 hours notice, a full credit for another class or workshop will be given, however no refunds will be given. If you cancel a replacement session, no further rescheduling will be permitted and no refunds will be given.
In the event of bad weather, the following conditions will apply:
If there is any storm activity present or approaching half an hour before the scheduled start of an external workshop, and it is judged there is a good chance of it interrupting the workshop, out of safety concerns the workshop will be cancelled and credit given for a replacement workshop.
If during any workshop, any type of sudden unforeseen storm activity occurs (thunder, lighting, heavy rain) the workshop will be cancelled immediately. If this occurs before the workshop is at least 2/3rds finished, a credit for another workshop will be given. If the bad weather occurs after the workshop has reached the 2/3rds mark, no refunds or credit will be given. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not book.
If there is are only light passing showers during a workshop, a decision will be made at the time, based on a risk assessment of the safety of the workshop continuing.
It is a condition of our services that every person signs a legal liability waiver.
All activity in our workshops are entirely at your own risk. Appropriate care and diligence will of course be taken that the event location and procedures are safe for everyone involved. But ultimately, you must be responsible for your own safety at all times.
Anyone refusing to sign the waiver will not be allowed to take part in any workshops.
